Probiotics Are Handled Specially

NEW PROBIOTICS SHIPPING POLICIES AS OF 4/15/14

• SHIPPING DAYS: Probiotics will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Orders for probiotics received on Thursday or Friday will be held for shipment on Monday.
 
• DURING WARM WEATHER: Beginning April 15, 2014. Rose Laboratories standard shipping method for probiotic orders will be 2-day UPS. (We may suggest an upgrade to Next Day if necessary.)
 
If you choose to ship by a method other than standard shipping (2-day UPS), Rose Laboratories® will honor your shipping choice but will not accept returns or refunds for product that arrives warm or damaged due to not using our standard shipping method.
 
For assurance that your probiotics arrive cold, you may want to order an extra ice pack.  Extra ice packs are available for $5 each and may be ordered online or requested by calling our customer service department at 855-ROSEVIT or 855-767-3848.
 
During the holiday seasons, UPS does not guarantee delivery dates.  If you need a package delivered before a certain date, please contact our customer service department at 855-ROSEVIT or 855-767-3848.
 
International Orders Including Canada

At Rose Laboratories online store, you may choose either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail.  For other forms of shipping or if your country is not listed, please call Rose Laboratories customer service department at 855-ROSEVIT or 855-767-3848. Packages usually take 1 to 2 weeks to be received.

International Orders (Including Canada):

International shipping options are either International Priority Mail or International Express Mail.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Products may be returned to Rose Laboratories® for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase only if the product has not been opened and the protection wrap is in place.  (The cost of shipping is not included in the eligible refund amount).
Probiotics and Clearance items cannot be returned.
 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You can obtain this number by calling our Customer Service Department at 855-ROSEVIT or 855-767-3848.

Please write the RMA number on the invoice and enclose a copy of the invoice along with the product/s or item/s you are returning to:
